The tea was part of Sheng 2013 Blind Tasting Set
The sample is quite compact and firmly pressed. Smell of wet leaves is distinctive, floral after lily. The first infusion is bitter. I am using the colder water for the second infusion. Bitterness is still present, but does not increase. The tea has a full flavor, really robust. Hui Gan is intense. It has a great energy.
