Description:

This mini cake is called 云南普洱茶园茶(Yunnan Pu-erhCha Yuan Cha). It is produced at the factory 景洪攸乐山大自然茶厂(Jinghong Youleshan Daziran Chachang). This factory is located in the mountains of Ji Nuо – 基诺山(Jinuoshan). It is very small, but it does completely cool stuff! This region, the Ji Nuo Mountains, is considered one of the most respected places for Shu Pu-erh production.
These mini-cakes (or, as they are called in China, "Xiaobing") come to us directly from the factory in sets of seven pieces. Each cake weighs 100 grams. They are wrapped in bamboo and tied with a hemp rope. Nowadays, this Pu-erh is produced in the same way as 10, 20 or 30 years ago.
This beautiful and tidy Shu Pu-erh is made from high quality raw materials. It has a dense and rich flavor. This flavor is correct and balanced.
It has pleasant delicate taste. Small cakes with this quality - a rarity and a great value in China.

Quotes - Pu-erh

„What instead happens is that some teas require multiple tastings to reveal themselves one way or another. Sometimes the first time you brew a tea it doesn’t come out quite right not because it’s bad, but because you are still adjusting to it. It helps when you’re using the same teawares all the time, so that the only variable is the tea“

Quotes

„Kabusecha (冠茶, covered tea) - Kabusecha is made from the leaves grown in the shade prior to harvest, although not for as long as Gyokuro. It has a more delicate flavor than Sencha. It is sometimes marketed as Gyokuro.“
