Description:

This raw puerh cake is made of Wan Bang Tea House from Kunming. This product without neifei and printed wrapper is offer to other tea bussines partners who would prefer to their own wrapper. It uses early spring large leaves material with good portion wild arbor tea leaves. Banpen village is well know because it's near Banzhang.

Brewed tea have light yellow color with strong and great floral aroma filled the space soon ! Nice and long smell of tea linger in cups after drinking. Powerful but balanced, full and stimulation in mouth. Huigan is fast and long and not too bitter like Banzhang or Laomane teas. Rich and pleasant taste make this tea drinkable now.

Bulang from Banpen village

5 stars 4.5 This review helped: 0 / 0

Banpen village is located in the Bulang mountains (Xishuangbanna, Yunnan) about 15km north from famous Lao Ban Zhang. Tea has large leaves. Wet leaves are giving very intense sweet smell. They have very aromatic fragrance, slightly floral. Tea has a balanced taste with a very little and pleasant astringency. It has a full flavor with a long sweet finish. It is very good tea, I was pleased and ordered the whole cake for $15.50

Water 90°C - rinse 10s – 15s/10/15/20/30/40/50

Quotes - Pu-erh

„You can’t know what is good without knowing what is bad, just like you can’t be aware of the range of possible tastes among shuixian if all you’ve had are light roasted ones. Sampling is about broadening horizons, and it is a low risk way to stretch into areas that you might not be familiar with.“
