It is the rarest green oolong in China. It is almost impossible to find the original of this sort of tea on the world tea market. The real Zhang Ping Shui Xian is only produced in Nanyang village, which is located high in the mountains.

Zhang Ping Shui Xian is pressed only manually, in special mortars. After this procedure, the 10 gram bricks wrapped into rice paper and packed in a hermetic package. This way of packing allows to save tea leaf integrity. It is very important, because it influence the taste of the tea. It is the only Chinese tea that is packed this way.

Zhang Ping Shui Xian has a very bright and saturated aroma. In aroma of this tea you can guess and recognize many familiar notes: spring, grass, meadow flowers, haystack and forest. This tea has its own unique character and a perfect style. It is fermented a little more than other types of green oolongs, that’s why the colour of the infusion is slightly darker.

This tea has a beautiful taste and a long refined aftertaste.
