Public or Private tea catalogues on WeRateTea.com – improve your tea records

 1 comment , last post: 01.05.2013 @ 22:23:19

Do you have a stock of tea at home? Or do you keep your tea for aging and do you keep your records e.g. in Excel? Create your own tea catalogue on WeRateTea.com and improve your tea records. You can save tea information from your shop to your tea catalogue, those information usually disappear from internet when the tea is sold out. You can also add your own tasting notes, comments and photos to your tea. You will have a good overview of your tea stock.

I would like to present a simple guide how to add a tea on WeRateTea.com server. Any registered user can add a tea. You can upload photos to your teas, add tags – key words. This way you can create your own catalogue of teas you tasted. Basic tea information can be obtained from your supplier or tea shop. Then you can add your own tea ratings or comments.

Quotes

„Pu-erh shape - Tuocha, Bowl, or Nest - A convex knob-shaped tea, its size ranges from 3g to 3 kg or more, with 100g, 250g and 500g being the most common. The name for tuocha is believed to have originated from the round, top-like shape of the pressed tea or from the old tea shipping and trading route of the Tuo River.[16] In ancient times, tuocha cakes may have had holes punched through the center so they could be tied together on a rope for easy transport.“
